Today is Christmas

Today is Christmas and we had such a great time with the family.  I was a nervous wreck thinking of my folks coming up but it all turned out so very well. I cooked a Filet minion with a Mr. Mr. reduction and topped with a Boursin cheese and a crispini.  That went over like ammo at a NRA meeting!!!!  Hoping to get the ten table resteraunt going the next few years but God is in charge.  I am sad about the poor Health care bill that is going to be passed because it has little to do with health care and more to do with big Govt. people are the big losers here.  Merry Christmas all and a good New Year to ya.
